Making Direct Sold Product Easier to Buy

Amelia Ballroom 1

We need to make it easier to buy from us. We’ll discuss self-serve reporting as one example as well as creating new products to attract new advertisers. This conversation will be focused on IO-based direct-sold business.

Aligning Values to Monetization Strategies

Amelia Ballroom 2

Publishers succeed when their advertisers and audiences know they stand for something. So why don’t publishers make their values clear to the marketplace? Let’s discuss how to build a narrative about the kind of businesses we are, and how we can collectively build on these principles to enhance our partnerships and bring change to the industry.

Open Marketplace: Do we just drill deeper?

Amelia Ballroom 3

Lower CPMs. Third party cookie deprecation. Changing auction dynamics. It’s getting harder to generate revenue and yet we want to be where the buyers buy which is the open marketplace. Let’s explore how to move forward.

Duck Pinz, Fernandina Beach

A Dinner Experience to Blow. Your. Mind.

Departures from the Conference Center between 6:45 – 7:00 pm only – please be on time.

Let’s cruise to downtown Fernandina Beach for dining, drinks and exploring in this historic town! The first European visitor arrived in 1562 to this deep harbor, and the first mission was built by the Spanish shorty after in 1565. But tonight’s adventure is a brand new Amelia Island experience – Duck Pinz combines craft cocktails with….bowling! Specializing in unique and quality bourbons, they’ll offer food in their courtyards and some healthy competition playing darts, bowling, and hitting the arcade. Once your belly is full – it’s time to head out to visit the best bars in Fernandina!

Do NOT miss the Palace Saloon – serving Pirate’s Punch since 1880! Next door you’ll find the Decantery – serving up craft cocktails and premium wines via dispensing machines! Stop by the Green Turtle Tavern – Amelia’s funkiest and friendliest bar where there’s usually live music to shake things up.

The last shuttle back to the hotel leaves the parking lot behind Duck Pinz at 11:30 pm. After that you’re on your own sailor!
